Our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original packaging. All refunds and exchanges are subject to review.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

How can i return my JustDelta Order?

To return your product, please mail it to: 3406 SW 26TH Terrace, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How do i know if my return was approved?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

How is the refund process

If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

What can i do if i have not yet recieved my refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. Can i return products that where on sale?

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. You are responsible to pay for the cost of shipping back to our facility.

How long will my order take to arrive

No matter how hard we try, sometimes it’s just not possible to ship the same day. With the majority of our orders processed and sent out the same day, most of our shipments are received in 3 to 5 business days.
